Good Morning Tyson

We arrived home safely (and without any further air line ticket upheaval) and wish to thank you so much for your assistance when the problem with our ticket for the Boston/Chicago leg of the journey was revealed.  We are a little concerned that we may not have expressed adequate gratitude at the time.  Your assistance and expertise in the area was greatly appreciated and certainly averted, for us, what would have become a stressful situation.  Had we not tried to get the boarding pass as you encouraged, we would have been left to deal with it at the airport, not allowing enough time to get it resolved.  I fail to understand how it could have happened and will need to take that up with Flight centre.

The tour was wonderful, despite the rain, and I certainly could never have comprehended the extent and beauty of the colour of leaves.  There were so many highlights and, without doubt, the Mt Washington Cog Railway was one of them for us!  We have been on many great train journeys and that one is right up there – a memorable experience.  An “organised” Tour was something new to us and we were not sure how we would cope.  We were both impressed with many aspects – the baggage handling, simplicity of arrival at hotels, the availability of bottled water and the local and informative tour guides to name a few.  The comfort and cleanliness of the motor coach (“Bus” to us Aussie’s) coupled with the safety of Jerry’s driving also requires recognition.

Please accept our sincere thanks and grateful appreciation for guiding us through.  We are both aware that our problem dominated the end of the evening dinner and very sorry that the situation prevented us from saying goodbye to some fellow passengers.

Kind Regards

Caroline & John Cleaves
